Lovely Advice: Day Four

DAY FOUR   Quote of the day: "Ask yourslef what is really important and then have the wisdom and courage to build your life around your answer."    Advice that I have, personally, for beating bad feelings:    If i'm feeling tired I go outside and take a walk to stretch my legs and get some fresh air, I will chug some water, I refuel my body with a healthy snack, or I will recharge with a 20 minute nap.    If I feel overwhlemed, I ask myself, "What's the one thing that, if I completed it, it would feel like a productive day?" Then I get to work on that. I ask myself if what I am doing at that moment is what I should be focusing on. I have found that making a list and organzing my day also helps me feel less overwhelmed.    If I am feeling bad about myself, I focus on doing good and making others feel good because I have discovered that when I help make others feel good, I feel good too. Sometimes I will watch a funny movie or do s...

I have decided to talk about healthy living, in general, on a day-to-day basis for my blog. So many people think that being healthy just means that you go to the gym. This includes being positive, taking time for yourself, eating and drinking right, dropping bad habits, getting enough sleep. Then I relaized it was because I wasn't living a healty life. When one lives a healthy lifestyle, t...
